The G400 Wired is a hardwired 2K video doorbell that can run on PoE or existing 8–24V AC/DC doorbell wiring. A plug-in indoor chime is included. Aqara lists 2K video, a 165° field of view, IP65 weatherproofing, and dual-band Wi-Fi 6.

Battery-only install is not supported. The unit does not work with a traditional mechanical or digital doorbell chime. 24/7 recording needs a microSD card (up to 512 GB, not included). HomeKit Secure Video needs an iCloud+ plan and an Apple home hub, with Apple Home resolution limited to 1200p.
