The Apollo ESPHome Starter Kit is a snap-together, no-solder kit for a PIR, AHT20F temperature and humidity, button, or Casita module. Apollo says no YAML knowledge is required. Everything runs locally with no cloud, subscription, or account.

USB-C power and the ESPHome Device Builder app are required. A rechargeable LiPo is optional and not in the box. Only two modules run at once. The box lists an ESPHome C6 board, a module board, a PIR sensor, three FPC cables, and a Casita stand. This is a project kit, not a ready-made hub.
